At Hair By Sophie, we know everyone leads busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel or make changes to your appointments. We will try our very best to be accommodating, however the following procedures apply;
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.
You can cancel online, email or via phone up to 48 hours before. Any cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours can only be made directly to Sophie via phone or email.
Any cancellations made within the 24 hours may be subject to a 50% appointment charge to cover the cost of time booked.
No Show
If you fail to make your appointment, without following the correct cancellation procedures, please know we will require a deposit of 50% for ALL future bookings.
Late?
Arriving late may mean we cannot spend as much time with you as we would like, we will try to be accommodating but, in some circumstances, it will mean we cannot do your hair.
